Your Rights under India’s DPDP Act 2023/2025
As a “Data Principal,” you have the following statutory rights which can be exercised by contacting our Grievance Officer at trust@irtiqa.cloud:
Right to Access & Review: Request a summary of the personal data we process at our Bapatla or Hyderabad hubs.
Right to Correction & Erasure: Request the updating of inaccurate data or the total deletion of your data once the service purpose is fulfilled.
Right to Nominate: You may nominate an individual to manage your data rights in the event of death or incapacity by providing their details to our Grievance Officer.
Irtiqa Governance Standards
1. Purpose Limitation: Irtiqa Cloud & AI Technologies collects data strictly for AI orchestration and cloud consulting. We do not sell, trade, or share user data with unauthorized third parties.
2. Sovereign AI Guarantee: All client data is processed in siloed (isolated) environments. Irtiqa maintains a strict “Zero-Leak” policy: we do not use proprietary client data to train generalized or third-party AI models.
3. Consent Withdrawal: You may withdraw your consent for data processing at any time. Email trust@irtiqa.cloud with the subject “Consent Withdrawal” to trigger a 72-hour data-scrub protocol across our systems.

In compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, any grievances regarding data handled at any of our locations should be directed to:
